This gearbox is manufactured from one solid block of aircraft aluminum (Dural) EN AW 7075 T651, which has higher strength (590MPa), than common construction steel (390MPa). Because of used material, our gearboxes have the best durability and resilience than common zinc-aluminum gearboxes. We are manufacturing these gearboxes on our precise CNC milling machines in our factory. Detail in bracket (8mm) means diameter for bushings/bearings.

The PRO piston filled by TopMax Elaborazioni is made with a compound based on DELRIN, Elastomer and Fiberglass, cast and molded industrially in specific percentages provided by TopMax Elaborazioni. The rack of this type of PRO piston is made of metal powders in M.I.M. (Metal Injection Molding), with a value of about 98/99% of full on the total.
