The total height of the TopMax piston head is standardized to the dimensions of the other piston heads on the market. The ERGAL and DELRIN insert for fixing the piston head on the piston is slightly shorter than the standard market size, in order to use the TopMax piston head on any piston on the market.

The REDPOWER piston head, in the compression phase, exploits the Venturi principle, thus generating a more homogeneous compression of the O-RING for any configuration in which it is installed. The compression chamber is sized to allow an optimal O-RING opening time in compression and to avoid that in FULL AUTO mode more power than necessary is not delivered, creating wheelies in the trajectory of the pellets.
Can be used on any configuration, from low-R.O.F. at high-R.O.F., however we recommend the use of the REDPOWER head on configurations with R.O.F. higher than 25 bb/s, to take advantage of the anticipated compression deriving from the position of the anti-vacuum holes. The STRESS-TESTS carried out on the REDPOWER piston head were carried out with higher springs than those required by law, so the product will guarantee reliability and performance even with more stringent configurations. To obtain maximum performance, we recommend the combination with the TopMax piston and cylinder head.
