The Glauca G1, an evolution of the Glauca model, has been specifically designed for the renowned GSG9 unit of the Bundespolizei, which has officially adopted it. Featuring an anticorodal anodized aluminum handle with tactical mud coloring, the knife comes with a tungsten carbide rear glass breaker. The clip is adjustable in three positions, including a frontal one. On the back, there are stainless steel rope-cutting nodes, lockable in the open position, and a foldable rescue tool for quick emergency cutting. This second tool is also useful as a belt cutter.

The blade locking system includes the tested LINER-LOCK, with the addition of a second manually operated safety mechanism. The drop-point blade is made of Böhler N690 steel tempered to 58 HRC and features a black Extrema Ratio MIL-C-13924 finish.
