TopMax Processing system patent. Cylinder head made in CNC ERGAL with anti-vibration design, QUAD-RING for air sealing for the cylinder, elongated spout for perfect air sealing and 5 interchangeable rubber PADS with 5 degrees of hardness to adapt to springs and ROF diversified and revised design with raised stop of the front O-RING.
Model not compatible with G&G V2 reinforced GearBoxes and ICS GearBoxes.
The rubber PADS present on all TopMax cylinder heads are interchangeable, and depending on the color they are recommended for springs and R.O.F. different. In this kit with the cylinder head there are all types of PADs, to manage the processing of the replica with ROF. from 10 to 40 bb/s and/or springs from 85 to 150 m/s (also tested with DSG configurations). The rubber with which the PADs are made favors the absorption of shocks and vibrations due to the impact of the piston, the thickness of the PADs is designed to guarantee a perfect A.O.E. (engagement angle) of the piston on the sector gear, and therefore avoiding the use of shims under the piston head (also with a saving in weight and impact mass), the diameter of the PAD favors and assists the air seal on the cylinder Finally, the innovative shape of the PADs together with the cone made on the body of the cylinder head conveys the air in an optimal way inside the elongated spout of the cylinder head, guaranteeing a faster and more precise air flow outlet.
The size and position of the housing holes guarantee perfect adhesion of the front stop of the cylinder head, made of rubber, on the plates of the GearBox. The millings made on the upper part of the cylinder head body reduce and mitigate the vibrations deriving from the impact of the piston and guarantee the drastic reduction/elimination of the risk of breakage of the GearBox plates at the head. The nozzle of the cylinder head has an external diameter of 4.70mm, has a slight rounded tip for free sliding of the pusher and has a slightly longer length than other products on the market to help the pusher slide as linearly as possible inside of the T-HopUp room.
