The production of our cutlery is characterized by industrial processes and handcrafted finishes, a feature that gives the company a strong identity: only the processes that guarantee uniformity, high production capacity and economy of scale are automated and industrialised. The processes remain artisanal, such as the controls, which guarantee the reliability and general high quality of the single pieces within the series, as well as all the operations which, by their intrinsic nature, derive their functional characteristics from the manual skill of the operator. An example of this is the sharpening, which is carried out exclusively in the traditional way for each type of knife.
