Anti-vacuum piston head: in aluminum, it uses an innovative compression system to guarantee maximum sealing. It is currently sold complete with fixing screw, aluminum washer and shim for correct alignment between piston and sector. For this head, the correct operation has been tested with most of the standard cylinders and those on the market.

Cylinder head: it is in 2 materials, the aluminum body and the steel spout. Thus designed to have advantages as the spout does not break and the conveyance inside allows to speed up the air outlet; by reducing the tubing to a minimum, considerable precision is gained over long distances. For this head, correct operation is guaranteed with the cylinders we produce

Cylinder: also in aluminum, it is machined from solid, and this allows a uniform thermal expansion capable of minimizing power losses. It is finished by hand as a particular intervention is required for the large air intakes, all to increase efficiency and reduce wear on the or of the anti-vacuum head. The two biggest problems with holes of this size (Extrema valve) are: the probability that the OR is cut between the cylinder and the groove in the head and that the burrs inside the cylinder can gradually cause damage to the cylinder. or itself to the point of compromising its seal. To overcome these serious problems it is necessary to proceed manually to the internal finishing of the holes, which is done MANUALLY with extreme attention to the quality of the single piece.
